Offered by the Clinton County Economic Partner-ship's Tourist Promotion Agency in collaboration with the Clinton County Commissioners and County Planning Department, the grant program is open to businesses, nonprofits and governmental entities for tourism and recreation related initiatives.
The program supports the development and expansion of tourist and recreational assets and events that promote Clinton County and increase tourism. Grants are awarded to support marketing, promotional and advertising expenses. Other eligible uses include new project or event development and expansion; and infrastructure improvements that benefit tourism and enhance visitors' experiences.
The online application, as well as grant guidelines and the form used to request the grant once a funded project is complete, are available on the Clinton County government website at https:// www.clintoncountypa.gov/departments/planning-grants-zoning/funding-opportunities.
Applications are being accepted through February 28, 2023, with grant awards expected to be announced in March.
