New CCEP Community Profile &
Membership Directory Available
The Clinton County Economic Partnership's 2023 Clinton County Community Profile & Membership Directory is now available. Copies of the new publication are available through the Partnership office at 212 North Jay St., Lock Haven. People can also contact 570-748-5782 or tourism @clintoncountyinfo.com to request copies.
The new directory is a valuable resource for businesses, organizations and individuals. It includes an overview of local assets, from business and industry, education, and health & human services, to transportation, homes and real estate, and hospitality.
Importantly, all CCEP members are listed in the directory, making it a go-to publication when looking for business resources.
The new directory is also available online on the Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau sections of the Partnership website, www. ClintonCountyInfo.com.
2023 Events Booklet Also Available
The Clinton County Economic Partnership's Visitors Bureau has prepared a booklet highlighting local events. The 2023 Clinton County Events booklet is being finalized and should be available in the next few days.
The 33-page booklet includes more than 250 events and activities that are scheduled to happen in the area this year.
"There are so many great events that take place in our county. This booklet will help you be in-the-know so you can participate, make plans for when friends and family are visiting, and be an ambassador for our county by talking about our events and activities," says Tourism Director Julie Brennan, who encourages everyone to get a copy of the events booklet.
"We want to thank the many different groups and organizations who provided the information for in the booklet," adds Brennan. "Having event information available well in advance gives people the chance to plan to participate. The booklet is also a valuable marking and promotional tool for us."
The events booklet is free and copies will be available at the Partnership office at 212 North Jay Street, Lock Haven.
Partnership MAKING Plans For "Time Out" Networking Events
The CCCEP is partnering with Partnership members in 2023 to offer after-hours networking opportunities. The popular "Time Out" events are a chance for CCEP members to host an event that showcases their operations, services and personnel.
Several "Time Outs" are already on the 2023 calendar, including:
¯ An April 20 Time Out hosted by AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP at the Clinton Co. Conservation District offices in Mill Hall;
¯ Downtown Lock Haven, Inc. and the City of Lock Haven will co-host a May 18 Time Out at Fallon Alley just off Main Street in Lock Haven;
¯ Good Neighbor Craft House in North Bend is planning a June 15 Time Out;
¯ The Clinton County Fair Association will host an August 3 Time Out at the Fairgrounds as part of the Fair's 50th anniversary celebration;
¯ The Wayne Township Landfill will host a November 1 Time Out at the Landfill in conjunction with the 50th anniversary of the WTL accepting their first load of waste.
