Clinton County Republicans gathered Wednesday afternoon inside the former Santander Bank in downtown Lock Haven to officially open their campaign headquarters ahead of the Nov. 6 General Election. About 25 people attended the brief event, surrounded by campaign signs of Republican candidates. Among them was Stephanie Borowicz, who is seeking a two-year term as state representative of the 76th District, which includes all of Clinton and part of Centre County, and Scott Wagner, who is running for Pennsylvania governor. Each of the candidates took the microphone and spoke for a few minutes. Wagner got the crowd clapping when he said, "We need to get this young lady elected," referring to Borowicz, who urged fellow Republicans to come out and help with the campaign.
