Cancellations

— The Etters Family Reunion scheduled for August 2 has been canceled and rescheduled for the first Sunday in August of 2021.

— The Weaver family reunion scheduled for August 2 at the Booneville Campground has been canceled.

— Lamar and Mill Hall United Methodist Churches have canceled Vesper Services.

— The reunion of the descendants of Harmon and Anna Bowes scheduled for August 9 has been canceled. The next reunion will be August 8, 2021.

— The Family Picnic for the descendants of Aaron and Helen Grieb scheduled for Sunday, July 19 has been canceled. Next year’s picnic will be on Sunday, July 18, 2021. A decision on the October hayride has not yet been made.

— The William and Hannah Cryder Shoemaker family reunion scheduled for July 26, has been canceled.

— LHHS Class of 1970 has canceled its 50th reunion scheduled for July 25. It has been rescheduled for July 24, 2021.

— Covenant Cafe, an Early Stage Alzheimer’s Activity Group, has been canceled for July 21. For more information call Fran Decker, Group Coordinator at 570-748-4302.

–The Alzheimer’s Support Group has been canceled for Tuesday, July 14. Information on virtual support groups can be provided by calling Fran Decker, Group Facilitator at 570-748-4302.

— The George Rogers family reunion scheduled for Sunday, July 26, has been canceled. The next reunion will be held in 2021.

— The reunion for descendants of the late George and Tacie Spangler has been canceled. The next reunion will be Sunday, July 25, 2021.

— The reunion for the descendents of the late Henrietta Merrill scheduled for Aug. 15 is canceled. It will be held on the third Saturday of August, 2021.

— The Schenck Reunion Committee has voted to cancel their Aug. 8 reunion. They hope to see the family on Aug. 13, 2022 in Schencks Grove at the Bald Eagle State Park for their next reunion.

— The annual Jacksonville Cemetery Association festival scheduled for Saturday, July 18, has been canceled. Raffle ticket drawing will be held on Saturday, July 18, at the festival grounds at 6 p.m. Winners will be notified. $1 raffle tickets are still available by calling Brenda at (814) 383-2796.

— Penn State’s 2020 Ag Progress Days exposition, which was scheduled for Aug. 11-13, has been canceled due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic,

— The Centre County Grange Fair has been canceled.

— The Clearfield County Fair has been canceled.

— The Clinton County Fair Farmers and Flea Market (normally held on Tuesdays), has been canceled until further notice.

— The Mill Hall Community Pool will be closed for the 2020 season according to Mill Hall Borough Council.

— The Country Music Jam at Howard Yearick Center is canceled for July.

— The Bellefonte Arts and Crafts Fair, scheduled for July 31 and Aug. 1, has been canceled.

— Monument Festival has been canceled for this year.

— The Milesburg Museum’s annual Car Show and Apple Fest Day has been canceled for Sept. 26.

— Meetings for the Pennsylvania Happy Travelers are canceled until further notice.

— The annual Kids Day event sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Bald Eagle and Nittany Valleys scheduled for July 18, has been canceled.
