Members of the community turned out to celebrate the opening of the Clinton County Democratic Party’s campaign office on Wednesday afternoon. Joe Waltz, who is running against incumbent State Rep. Stephanie Borowicz (R-Clinton/Centre) for the 76th District House seat, cut the blue ribbon just outside the office at 108 Bellefonte Ave. “We’re in it to win it,” Waltz said just before cutting the material with party chairman Rose Reeder. After the ceremony people were welcome to enjoy refreshments and hear a speech from Waltz and 25th Senatorial District candidate Margie Brown.
