Pennsylvania Skill Charitable Donations recently made a $6,000 donation to the Avis Fire Company No. 1. The donation will be used to purchase a new UTV to help the fire department fight brush fires and for rescues. The Avis Fire Company was unable to hold its annual carnival this year due to COVID-19. The Avis Fire Company No. 1 serves Clinton and Lycoming counties and provides fire and EMS services to the community.
