Easter Bunny Parade
Goodwill Hose Fire Company, 126 High St., Flemington will be escorting the Easter Bunny on a fire truck around the borough so he can wave to children on Saturday, March 27. Those along the route are asked to social distance and use precautions while watching him drive by. The parade route is on the fire company's Facebook page.
Chicken BBQ
The Jersey Shore Lions will be hosting a chicken barbecue at 10 a.m. this Saturday in the Buttorff's Hardware Store, 111 Bridge St., Jersey Shore.
Fishermen's breakfast
Mill Hall Borough Fire Company will be holding their annual Fishermen's breakfast on Saturday, April 3 from 6 to 10 a.m. The meal will be offered as both eat-in or take-out at the fire hall along Peale Street in the borough. Meals, which will be given out hands free, will include all you can eat pancakes and sausage. The cost is $5 with children 12 and under eating free.
Open to pets
The PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources announced that more campsites at state parks will be open to pets beginning in 2022, including Poe Valley in Centre County and R.B.
