Orchid Society
Local Flower Show in March! Come to the 55th Annual Central Pennsylvania Orchid Society Show and see hundreds of beautiful orchids in bloom on Saturday, March 25, from 1-5 p.m. and on Sunday, March 26, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Orchids are on display at the Snider Ag Arena, diagonally across from the PSU Stadium. Take home an orchid on sale! Admission is free and so is parking in the Ag Arena lot.
Spaghetti dinner
Sugar Valley Volunteer Fire Company is hosting a spaghetti dinner on Saturday, March 25, from 4-7 p.m. at 24 W. Anthony St., Loganton. The cost is $12 for adults, $8 for kids and children under 5 eat for free. The meal will include spaghetti with meatballs, garlic bread, salad bar, drinks and dessert. The market will be open every Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the former Lamar Twp. Elementary School, 34 East End Mountain Road, Mill Hall. Vendors offer a wide variety of farmer's market, crafts and foods for purchase.
