LOCK HAVEN -- At 6 p.m. on March 7, graphic novel creators Kara Ballenger and Mads Cherluck will be at the Ross Library. The creators of the "Firesphere" series will discuss their work and sign copies of their graphic novel. This program will be held in conjunction with Will Eisner Week, which is the first week in March each year.
March 28 at 6 p.m. is Thriller Book Night, with appearances from novelists Joel Burcat and J.L. Delozier. The popular thriller writers will discuss characters and how flawed or perfect they should be, and sign copies of their work for the public.
On the second Tuesday of every month at 6 p.m., join the Ross Library for Adult Storytime. Each month, a volunteer will read a different short story to adults 18 and up. Snacks will be provided. The next session will be on March 14.
"Saturday Crafternoons" is a crafting program held on the last Saturday of each month. Each session begins at 12:30 p.m. with a simple craft. On March 25, the craft will be comic book coasters.
Immediately after the March Crafternoon, at 1 p.m., the library will hold a free tea time for anyone interested. Donations will be accepted but not mandatory, and the public is invited to have a relaxing cup of tea with library staff.
"Knit-Picking" is a session for people who like to knit or crochet, the second Monday of each month at 6 p.m. Come do your work and socialize in a relaxing environment. The next session will be March 13.
On the first Monday of each month at 7 p.m., an adult coloring session will be held in the Sloan Room. Participants are welcome to bring their own materials, or use the library's. The next session will be held on March 6.
