The benevolence of the late Lee and Maddy Phillips extends to many people and many organizations, including St. Paul's Lutheran Church at Loganton. Church Pastor Paul Kunser and Treasurer Judy Briggs were recently presented with a $23,853 donation from the Lee R. and Madeleine Phillips Memorial Trust. The late Lee and "Maddy" Phillips bequested a significant donation to the Clinton County Community Foundation to support various organizations that positively impact many area residents.
