Free shoes for kids
Thanks to grants and donations, kids and teens will find lots of shoes to choose from on Saturday, April 15, at the Lock Haven Area Shoe Bank, inside Covenant United Methodist Church, 44 W. Main St., Lock Haven. They may pick a pair of free new shoes every six months. Kids and teens, up to age 18, must have an active Compass app or summary sheet and must live in Clinton County or the Liberty-Curtin School attendance area. Clinton County Carnival
