The Express office recently heard from two of the twins pictured in this photo that ran in the March 18, 2023 edition. According to Susan (Meyer) Dotterer, of Mill Hall, she and her twin brother, Scott Meyer, are featured on the left of the photo. The twins were born on Jan. 31, 1961, at Lock Haven Hospital. Their parents were Samuel and Dorothy Meyer. Unfortunately, Susan reports that her twin brother is now deceased along with their father; but her mother, Dorothy, is now 93 and lives in Lamar. John Heichel also called The Express to say that he and his twin sister, Joan, were born on Feb. 2, 1961. The Heichel twins are shown on the right side of the photo and were the children of Richard and Ruth Heichel.
