At its recent board meeting, the Clinton County Board of Commissioners read a proclamation to designate June 2023 as Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month and June 21, 2023 as “The Longest Day” in Clinton County. Fran Decker, Early Stage Social Engagement Leader with the Covenant Cafe, was present to accept. The board encouraged the citizens of Clinton County to join them in observing this month and day by recognizing the fight against Alzheimer’s.
