LOCK HAVEN -- The Clinton County Libraries are competing against its friends in Clinton, N.J., and Clinton, N.Y., to see which library can read the most before Labor Day.
All you have to do is keep track of how long you spend reading each week. Pick up an entry form at the Ross Library, or email ross13@rosslibrary.org and request one.
Every Friday from June 2 through Sept. 4, let the library know how long you’ve read during the week. You can email the number of hours to ross13@rosslibrary.org, or snip this week from your reading log and drop it off.
The library will tally the minutes and see how they stack up against the competition. Every week that you submit hours, you'll be entered in a raffle to win a fun prize at the end of the summer.
Last year New Jersey won by one hour. This year, the library stands a chance of bringing the trophy to Pennsylvania.
For further information, please contact the library at 570-748-3321 or ross13@rosslibrary.org. The Clinton County Libraries are a PA Forward Gold Star library and a Clinton County United Way partner agency.
