Angel Lights for 9/11 coming to Triangle Park

LOCK HAVEN -- Angel Light luminaries will again glow in Triangle Park the evening of 9/11.
Angel Lights are offered by the Rotary Club of Downtown Lock Haven. Everyone may sponsor one or more for a donation of $5 each. Sponsors may personalize and decorate their luminary with the name of the person or group they wish to honor.
On Monday, Sept. 11, the Rotarians will set up and light the luminaries in the downtown park, and the lights will shine together as a display of respect for patriots, heroes, teachers, mentors, friends, relatives and anyone who needs their spirit lifted for any reason.
The luminaries are available at the store The Bus Stops Here, 115 E. Main St., Lock Haven. You may make your donation and personalize your bag there any time the store is open. If you wish, you may take your bag home to decorate it and return it later.
The luminary bags also will be available during the Jaycees Labor Day Regatta. Look for the Rotary table in the arts and crafts section.
Angel Lights proceeds are given back to the community.
