Operation Love Bigger Inc. is hosting Bingo for domestic violence awareness month, and donating proceeds to Roads to Peace. Bingo will be held on Oct. 22 at 1 Piper Way, 3rd floor. Doors open at 11 a.m. and Bingo starts at 1 p.m. To purchase tickets, visit the OLB Facebook page!

Dogwood Circle Garden Club requests that those smokers who walk through the garden at the triangle and enjoy the flowers please take your cigarette butts with you instead of dropping them on the sidewalk or flicking them into the plantings. We have enough to do in maintaining the gardens and don't need to pick up after you, too. Nothing is ever "thrown away," just put somewhere else for others to deal with.
