Domestic
Violence Vigil
Join Roads to Peace on Oct. 27 at Triangle Park from 7-8 p.m. for the annual domestic violence vigil. The vigil honors community members who lost their lives to domestic violence. Refreshments will be provided by Avenue 209. Break the silence and end domestic violence.
Walk in
Penn's Woods
The Lycoming Audubon recommends the Annual Walk in the Penn's Woods at Rider Park along Caleb's Creek Road near Williamsport on Sunday, Oct. 1, from 1-4 p.m. Pre-register by calling 570-321-1500. Directions: From Williamsport, take 180E to Warrensville Road. From Warrensville continue north on Pleasant Valley Road for 1 mile, turn right onto Caleb's Creek Road, follow to the parking lot at end.
