Porter Township Breakfasts
Porter Township Farmers Breakfasts will be held the first Saturday of each month. The next breakfast will be on Saturday, Dec. 2, and continuing through April, from 7-10 a.m. at the Porter Township Community Building in Lamar. Menu includes eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, scrapple, hash browns, biscuits and sausage gravy, toast, coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
Good Neighbor
Good Neighbor Craft House, 9650 Renovo Road, North Bend, will host the following events this week: Wednesday, Nov. 15, Karaoke from 6 to 8 p.m.; Friday, Nov. 17, live music with Mixtape from 6 to 8 p.m.; Wednesday, Nov. 22, a Thanksgiving Eve party, 8 p.m. to midnight with Karaoke, extended kitchen hours and drink specials.
Open House
Commonwealth University-Clearfield will host an open house on Saturday, Dec. 2, beginning at 9 a.m. in Founder's Hall. Prospective students are encouraged to attend to learn more about what Clearfield has to offer. During the program, participants will learn about the admissions process, meet individually or in groups with faculty experts, take a tour of campus with current students, enjoy light refreshments and take home some Clearfield goodies.
