Class officers of the Bucktail Area High School Class of 2023 paid their old school a visit on Tuesday as they presented Tim Reeves, the Bucktail Medical Center's administrator/chief executive, a check for $1,500. The class had the money left over after graduation and seeing the BMC's plea for public support, felt that the money could best be used at the center.
"It was the first idea they mentioned, they did a few smaller things for the school as well, but this is where they wanted the money to go and would be the most impactful" Class of 2023 advisor Dionne Werts said proudly of the alumni. Reeves thanked the former students and noted the hard work that they must have done to have raised and had so much funding left over.
