LOCK HAVEN -- The next meeting of the Pennsylvania Happy Travelers will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 8, at 3 p.m. at the Lock Haven STEP Center (Senior Center), 124 E. Walnut St., Lock Haven. This will be a perfect opportunity to meet other travelers and learn about the club and upcoming trips.
Information on the trips to The American Theater's "The First Noel" on Nov. 30 and to Longwood Gardens for the Christmas Display on Dec. 6 will be distributed at this meeting. Travelers on either of these trips should plan to attend the meeting.
The club's annual Christmas party will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 13, at 1 p.m. at Browns Hill Tavern, 717 Browns Hill Road, Mill Hall. For reservations contact Judy Walker at 570-726-4426. If you leave a message, be sure to give your name, the number attending and your phone number. You may also RSVP via email to pahappytravelers@gmail.com. If using email, be sure you receive a confirmation email in return. Reservations must be received no later than Dec. 5.
Trips scheduled for 2024 include New Orleans, La., March 2-10; Savannah, Ga., April 21-27; Vermont, June 17-21; and a Smoky Mountains Show Trip, Sept. 23-28. Contact Ruhl at 570-748-4226 for information on any of these trips.
