River levels rise along Susquehanna River; no cause of flooding yet

Although it's just a few feet away, the Susquehanna River still had not caused flooding to North Bend River Road Monday morning in Western Clinton County. After last week's precipitation caused some concerns for area residents. The River Road has always been one of the first places that flooding has often occurred, and has been an unofficial indicator for residents of western Clinton County on whether or not flooding in low lying areas will occur.
