Blood Donors Needed
Howard Area Lions Club is sponsoring a Red Cross Blood Drive at the Yearick Center, Howard fire hall, on Wednesday, Feb. 7, from 1-6 p.m.
Flemington First Church of Christ, 714 Canal St., Mill Hall, will host a blood drive at the church on Friday, Feb. 23, from 12:30-4:30 p.m.
Blood supplies are critically low, so please give an hour of your time to 'Give the Gift of Life' by becoming a blood donor. Walk-in donors are accommodated or appointments can be made by visiting the Red Cross Blood Drive website.
Journey of Quilting
On Feb. 11, the Clinton County Piecemakers will be having a lecture given by Sharen Weixel titled, "My Journey of Quilting." Social hour will begin at 1:30 p.m. with the lecture from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The lecture will take place at the Clinton County Conservation District, 45 Cooperation Ln, Mill Hall. All are welcome to attend.
