Benefits for Gavin
A benefit to help Gavin Morris and his family is being held at the Albright United Methodist Church, 47 E. Main St., Loganton, on Saturday, Feb. 24, from 4-7 p.m. Donations are being accepted for the benefit. Call Peg Thomas at 570-725-2512 for more info and to donate!
Gavin is a Sugar Valley High School student who has a serious heart condition and is currently being treated at Children's Hospital in Philadelphia.
A Cash Bingo benefit will be held on April 21 at the KBR Bingo hall, in the Piper Museum building at 1 Piper Way, Lock Haven. Tickets are $25 and can be obtained by calling Susan at 570-367-9996. In addition to the Bingo, there will be a Chinese auction, rip tickets, a 50/50 raffle and door prizes. Doors open at 11 a.m. and Bingo starts at 1 p.m.
This benefit Bingo will help to support the Morris family and Gavin's journey for a healthy heart!
Ross Library Storytime
Children's Librarian, Miss Holly, shares a story and a craft each week with youngsters at the Ross Library. On Mondays and Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. the story and craft are for 2-5 year olds. On Wednesdays the storytime at 10:30 a.m. is for children up to age 2, with older siblings welcome.
