LOCK HAVEN -- A limited number of seats have become available on the Pennsylvania Happy Travelers' trip to Savannah, Ga., on April 21-27. This trip includes transportation, six nights lodging, a guided trolley tour of Savannah, an evening at the Savannah Theatre, guided tours of St. Simons Island and Jekyll Island, a guided tour of Beaufort, S.C., and more. The cost of this trip is $935 per person (double occupancy). If interested, call Rita Ruhl at 570-748-4226 as soon as possible. Final payment for this trip is now due.
Seats are also available on a trip to beautiful Vermont, June 17-June 21, 2024. This trip includes a tour of an authentic Vermont Maple farm; a tour of Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream Factory; a dinner cruise on Lake Champlain with entertainment; admission to Shelburne Museum; a tour of the Rock of Ages Granite Quarry; and visits to Cold Hollow Cider Mill and charming Stowe Village. The cost of this trip is $760 per person (double occupancy) and includes four nights lodging, motor coach transportation, four breakfasts and four dinners and admission fees. Interested parties should contact Rita Ruhl in the near future, as reservations with final payments should be made by April 10, 2024.
There is also a show trip planned to Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains on Sept. 23-28, 2024. Call for availability.

The club's next meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 13, at 3 p.m. at the Lock Haven STEP Center (Senior Center), 124 E. Walnut St., Lock Haven. Suggestions for trips for 2025 will be taken at this meeting, so come prepared to share your ideas. This will be a perfect opportunity to meet other travelers and learn about the club and its upcoming trips. Everyone is welcome to attend the meetings and travel with the club -- all you need is a love for adventure with a friendly, fun-loving group.
