Helping Hands
Helping Hands is a non-profit organization that helps low income families and senior citizens. Items they can receive are shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, dental items, tissues, ect. Helping Hands is located at the United Lutheran Church in Lock Haven behind KFC.
SVRCS Cash Bingo tomorrow
A Cash Bingo will be held at the Sugar Valley Rural Charter School gym on Saturday, April 13. Doors open at 11 a.m. with food available for purchase. Games start at 1 p.m. 20 games will be played for cash prizes. Gift auction, 50/50 and rip tickets will be available for purchase. All adults and children will need a ticket to enter. Tickets are $25 and are available by calling the school at 570-725-7822 or email djeffries@svrcs.org. This event is sponsored by the SVRCS Foundation which works to support the students with awards and scholarships.
