Daughters of the American Revolution to meet on April 16

Colonel Hugh White-Colonel John Chatham NSDAR welcome the public to a free meeting on Conservation. On Tuesday, April 16, Kathy Dorman, retired CMHS science teacher and current volunteer with PA Cooperative Extension, will speak at the Annie Halenbake Ross Library at 1 p.m. on the 3rd floor.

Spring brings opportunities for many conservation efforts. Remember April 22 as the world celebrates Earth Day and April 26 is Arbor Day.

Birding at Eagle Watch

On Friday, April 19, at 9:30 a.m., at Little Pine State Park, stop by the Eagle Watch at Little Pine State Park to see what birds are out, and also learn how to identify them. Please bring your own binoculars and other bird watching gear. All children must be accompanied by an adult in order to participate. Program may be modified or canceled in the event of severe weather or new state or community guidelines. Meet at Eagle Watch Area.
