Stop the Bleed
Join Alan Sementelli, owner/operator of Central PA CPR Training, for a Stop the Bleed class at the Friendship Community Library, 127 Main St., Beech Creek, on Tuesday, June 25, from 4 to 6 p.m. Learn how to apply a tourniquet and pack a wound. Ham and
Turkey Dinner
Immaculate Conception Parish Center, 5973 Jacks Hollow Road in Williamsport, invites you to their annual country style ham and turkey dinner. In addition to the dinner, sandwiches, french fries and ice cream will be available on the grounds as well as small games of chance. The dinner will be from noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 19. Adult tickets are $12; children ages 4-12 tickets are $6 and children ages 3 and under are free. Take-out meals are also available at $12 each.
