Howard Area Lions Foster Sayers Memorial Ceremony, at the Sayers Memorial site at the dam, 6 p.m. Speakers include Colonel Brad Pierson and Foster Joseph Sayers, III. Laying of the Wreaths and the Unveiling of Memorial Bricks in the Veterans Walk of Honor, a 21 gun salute and Taps will also be featured during the ceremony. In case of rain the service will be held at the Beech Creek Wesleyan Church, Main St., Beech Creek. Bring your own lawn chair for a more comfortable evening.
