TODAY
— Adult Book Club at Friendship Community Library in Beech Creek, 4:30-5:30 p.m. Walk-ins are invited. Library is open from 3-7 p.m.
— KBR Bingo, every Tuesday night, at Piper Museum Building, 3rd floor, Lock Haven. Early bird game at 6:15 p.m. Regular Bingo at 6:30 p.m. Call Mike for info at 570-786-1343.
— Girls (from K-12th grades) interested in joining Girl Scouts and their caregivers are invited to come from 6-7 p.m. to the Ross Library, (Gross Room B), 232 W. Main St., in Lock Haven, to learn about joining a troop. Caregivers interested in volunteering or leading a troop can also ask questions and get the information they need. A Volunteer Support Coordinator will share how Girl Scouting builds courage, confidence and character through badge work, service projects and more. Girls will participate in group activities, make new friends and have fun.
— Open House for People of Action will be held from 5-7 p.m., at the Poorman Gallery, 352 E. Water St., Lock Haven. An informal drop-in evening with selected nonprofit organizations serving your community. Refreshments, information and good conversation will be available. Sponsored by the Rotary Club of Downtown Lock Haven, the open house will be showcasing Boxes of Hope, Lock Haven Area Shoe Bank and the Haven Cupboard. — Turning it up to 11, Blippi: Join the Band Tour, 6 p.m., at Eisenhower Auditorium. Tickets available by calling 814-863-0255 or buy in person at Eisenhower Auditorium weekdays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
— Free children’s movie, Hotel Transylvania, will be shown at Friendship Community Library in Beech Creek at 4:30 p.m. Drinks with lids to prevent spills can be brought. The Library is open from 3-7 p.m.

FRIDAY
— Soup Sale at Great Island Presbyterian Church in Lock Haven, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Soup flavors of ham and bean, chicken corn and vegetable to choose from, $7 each quart.
— Mill Hall Vol. Fire Company offers a Cash Bingo every Friday night beginning at 6:30 p.m. Doors and the kitchen open at 5:30 p.m. The fire station and social room are located at 9 Peale Ave., Mill Hall.
SATURDAY
— Kidz at Heart performing from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Renovo Heritage Parking Lote, 530 Erie Ave., Renovo.
— Soup Sale at Bald Eagle United Presbyterian Church in Mill Hall, 9 a.m. to noon. Beef vegetable soup (with and without meat options) will be sold at $7 per quart. Preorder by calling the church office at 570-726-4112. Walk-ins are welcome until sold out.
— Waiting Together, a support group of adults waiting for incarcerated loved ones, meets from 6-7:30 p.m. at Gamble Farm Inn, Jersey Shore. Meetings are held the second and fourth Thursday’s of each month.

SUNDAY
— Annual Fall Festival at Little Pine State Park, noon-4 p.m. This is an outdoor festival that focuses on the natural resources and outdoor recreational opportunities and will include displays and scheduled programs by state and county conservation agencies, local conservation organizations and businesses related to the outdoors. There will also be live animals, crafts, demonstrations and more. This will happen in the parking lot of the main day use area. Follow Little Pine State Park signs at the intersection of SR 4001 and PA Rt. 44 at Waterville.
