Scare away winter

Join in scaring away winter at Hoodie Hoo Day with Pathway to Christ Church members and friends. Meet at the red light in McElhattan and enjoy a luncheon at noon on Thursday, Feb. 20. Wear your hoodies, dress warm and come chase away the wintertime blues with church members and Pastor Laura.

Sons of Italy Benefit

A benefit to support Neil Grant during his fight against melanoma cancer will be held on Feb. 23 at the Sons of Italy Patio. Registration for the cornhole tourney begins at 10 a.m. with bags flying at noon. $30 team entry fee with double elimination. A chicken bbq meal including mac n’ cheese, baked beans, cole slaw and dessert will be $20. Pre-sale tickets available. Basket raffle, 50/50, food and drinks available. Must be 21 to attend with proper ID. Private Stock Trio performing from 6-8 p.m.

Neil was diagnosed with melanoma cancer in 2024 and has completed radiation treatments. Help support Neil as he continues treatments in his fight to conquer Melanoma cancer.

Spaghetti Dinner

The Kiwanis Club of Lock Haven is once again holding a curbside pick-up spaghetti dinner on Wednesday, April 16, at the Dunnstown Fire Hall from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Tickets cost $10 per person and can be purchased the day of the dinner at the curb or by a Kiwanis member in advance.
