— Holy Moments in History series at Bald Eagle U.P. Church, Main St., Mill Hall. Retired history teacher Mike Palischak will lead the discussion this month on Dwight D. Eisenhower. The one hour program is free and begins at 10 a.m.

— Prayer Shawl Ministry meeting, noon, at Bald Eagle U.P. Church, Main St., Mill Hall.

Come see the many items that the needleworkers have crocheted or knitted over the past month. Donations of yarn and cotton material will be appreciated. If you knit or crochet, come join our group!

— St. John’s Lutheran Church food distribution, 4-6 p.m. Residents of the area may come for free food aid to the church at 216 McAllister St., Bellefonte. Stay in your car for service. — Friday Night Lenton Fish Fries at St. John’s Catholic School, 116 E. Bishop St., Bellefonte, will be held each Friday during Lent, from March 7 through April 11, from 4-7 p.m. Eat in or Take Out; CASH ONLY.
