Indoor yard sale

There will be an indoor yard sale at Level Up Hoops, 305 Beech Creek Ave., Mill Hall, from June 26 to June 29, rain or shine! Thursday and Friday the venue will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday will be from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be clothes, toys, decor, furniture, appliances and hidden treasures. All proceeds from this event will go to the Haven Performing Arts Dance and Twirl Teams.

Travelers Picnic

PA Happy Travelers annual summer picnic is scheduled for Wednesday, July 9, beginning at 3 p.m., at the Castanea Fire Company Picnic Grounds, 859 Lower Creek Road, Lock Haven. Bring a dish to share, your own beverages and a chair for your comfort. Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made by calling Judy Walker at 570-726-4426 before July 2.

Class of 1961

Lock Haven High School Class of 1961 will be having their class reunion dinner on June 28 at noon at Restless Oaks. All classmates and a guest are invited. If you are planning to attend please call Carol Coakley at 570-962-2265 or Kay Madden at 570-769-5286.

Truckers4Hope Camping registration open

Camping registration forms for this year’s Truckers 4 Hope event are now available. The event will be held Sept. 25-27 at the Clinton County Fairgrounds. For camping info call Jason Smith at 570-660-7281. Check out their website, www.truckers4hope.com, for more information and a registration form.

Donations needed

Many local cemeteries are struggling with having enough funds to make sure that the grass gets mowed each summer. Whatever cemetery your loved ones are buried in, please consider making a donation now to help with the grass mowing expenses now that spring and summer have arrived.

New Hope Fellowship Room

New Hope Fellowship has a Fellowship Corner Room at its church at 6436 Nittany Valley Drive, Mill Hall. The Fellowship Corner Room is available for your parties, receptions, showers and other small gathering events. The room will seat 60-70 comfortably and offers tables, cushioned chairs, stoves, microwaves, a refrigerator and plenty of counter space and outside parking. Monetary donations are appreciated but are not required for you to use the Fellowship Corner Room. Contact New Hope Fellowship at 570-755-1450 for info.
