Our community filled Triangle Park with flags for Memorial Day, with a record 171 dedications in memory and in honor of heroes and loved ones. Scout Troop 711 under Scout Master Robert Sparrow once again faithfully helped the Rotary Club of Downtown Lock Haven assemble and set up the Flags of Honor. Scouts are, from left, Brody Sparrow with Xander Deems on his shoulders, Xian Deems, Tristan Frederick, Cahle Frederick, Holden Long, Ryland Sparrow, Layla Frey, Zaiden Frey and Easton Sparrow.
