Historical society to sell commemorative bricks for fundraiser
LOCK HAVEN — The Clinton County Historical Society is selling commemorative bricks that will be used to reconstruct the sidewalks at the Heisey House Museum in 2026 to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the founding of our nation.
The board is calling this event “The Bricks That Built America.”
There will be an open house on July 27 from 1 to 3 p.m. You may purchase a brick at that time with cash, check or credit card. A lemonade stand will be open, cookies will be served and you can view the bricks installed in 2021 to mark 100 years of the historical society collecting, preserving and sharing our community history.
The historical society will also be sharing our Clinton County brick industry history.
