Sentimental Journey holiday seafood sale
The deadline for Sentimental Journey’s Holiday Seafood Sale orders is noon, Tuesday, Aug. 26. Pick up will be on Aug. 29 between 3 and 5 p.m. at Piper Memorial Airport Hangar 1, 353 Proctor Street, Lock Haven.
Fresh options include live Maine lobsters (1.25lb avg. $22 each, 2lb avg. $40 each), scallops (15lb, $29 per/lb), Maryland jumbo lump crab cakes (4 oz. $13.50 each), little neck steamer clams (15-20 per/lb, $8 per/lb), Maine lobster roll kit (0.25lb lobster meat mix, roll, butter, $19.50), crab dip (8oz, $13), fresh salmon cakes (4oz, $8.50 each) and garlic and Old Bay steamed jumbo shrimp easy peel ($21 per/lb).
Frozen options include lobster tails (11-12 oz., $38); frozen, cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp (2lb, $23.50); New England clam chowder (24oz, $12); Maine lobster bisque (24oz, $18.50); wild Maine blueberries (5lb loose $28, 1lb $7.50); snow crab ($21 per/lb) and various ready to bake pies (7in, $24).

LHHS and ICHS Class of 1955
Lock Haven High School and the Immaculate Conception High School Classes of 1955 will meet for lunch at noon on Wednesday, Aug. 27, on the patio at Haywoods, in Mill Hall.
PASR Picnic
Please keep Aug. 26 open for the annual First Day Back to School Picnic at Flemington Grove Park. Members of the Clinton County Chapter of the PA Association of School Retirees and guests are invited. Please bring a covered dish to share, your own place setting and beverage. Sunday Concerts
Lamar Lighthouse Camp will continue their summer concerts each Sunday evening through the end of September. Each concert will begin at 6 p.m. and the public is invited. The concerts are free, but a love offering is taken each week. The Silers will be performing on Aug. 31, followed by the Lore Family on Sept. 7; the Fuller Family Singers on Sept. 14; 2nd Chance Ministries on Sept. 21 and the final Sunday night concert of the season will be on Sept. 28 when GloryWay takes the stage. Hymn Sing
Dunnstown United Methodist Church invites everyone to a Hymn Sing on Sept. 21 at 2 p.m. at the church. The Twisted Racquet-Tears will be leading the sing-a-long and playing those old familiar tunes that everyone knows and loves that you can sing along to. The event is free and open to the public.
