Helping Hands will be open

Helping Hands at the United Lutheran Church in Lock Haven will be held Wednesday, Sept. 17, from 6-7:30 p.m., at the church behind KFC. Helping Hands provides products free of charge to low income families and senior citizens who live in Lock Haven and the surrounding communities. Any questions call Kelly at 272-209-5912.
