— Red Cross Blood Drive at Zion Community Church, Zion Road, Bellefonte, 11:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
— Bingo at Mill Hall Fire Hall every Friday night at 6:30 p.m. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
— Old School Market open 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. each Friday, East End Road, Mill Hall. Guns and sporting goods sale starting at 5 p.m.
— Ross Library Fall Book Sale, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
— Cash Bingo sponsored by the Sugar Valley Lions Club at the Clubhouse at 55 Sportsman’s Road, Loganton. Doors and kitchen open at 6 p.m. Bingo starts at 7 p.m. $25 tickets available at the door or call Bob at 570-725-3665.
— Lemont Village Green concert, 7-8:30 p.m., featuring Granma Ben. Get an ice cream cone from Scout Troop 367 for a donation.
Saturday, Sept. 13
— Miles Township (Rebersburg) Fire Company Gun Raffle, noon to 5 p.m. Tickets $10 each or 3/$20.
— Pleasant Gap Fire Company Gun Raffle, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the carnival grounds, use Robinson Lane entrance. $10 Tickets.

— The Goat Hill (or Center) School Reunion will be held at 11 a.m. with a meal at 12 p.m. at the Wayne Township Nature Park. Please bring a dish, and memories, to share. Table service and drink will be provided. Call 814-355-7448 or 570-660-1484 for info.
— Ross Library Fall Book Sale, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is the final day of the book sale. Fill a bag for only $5 during the Bag Day event!
— Sugar Valley Fire Company is having an all you can eat Spaghetti Supper from 4-7 p.m. The meal includes spaghetti with meatballs, garlic bread, salad bar, drinks and desserts. The prices are $12 for adults, $8 for children ages 6-12 and the little tykes eat for free.
Sunday, Sept. 14
— Howard VFW Breakfast Buffet, All you can eat from 10 a.m. to noon. $12 for adults.
— Curtin Village’s Heritage Days fundraiser, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. See live demonstrations of tinsmithing, shoe making, blacksmithing and more! Tours are available. Pop-up Civil War museum at 3 p.m. Ice Shack treats available. Lunch provided by the Old Corner Grill and Bar.

— KBR Bingo will host a benefit Bingo for the CM Majorettes. Tickets are $25. Doors open at 11 a.m. and Bingo starts at 1 p.m. Chinese auction, 50/50 and more! Kitchen will be open. The Bingo will help to raise funds for nine CM Majorettes to travel to the ReliaQuest Bowl in Tampa, Fla., in December.
