On Saturday, Aug. 30, USCG Aux. Terry Banfill and his wife, Carmen, kept up with the tradition of opening the ceremony for the 54th Annual Lock Haven Regatta. While the National Anthem was being played, they held the Flag of Honor. In remembrance of all whom we have lost or have missing, the POW/MIA flag was unfurled. Lt. Banfill then played TAPS. Dwayne Koons thanked the Banfills for their continued service to the organization.
