Halloween may be over a month away, but three Clinton County residents are already getting into the festive spirit. Three neighborhood witches decided to try paddleboarding instead of their broomsticks recently on a portion of the West Branch of the Susquehanna River near Lock Haven. Gemma Rinella, Kathleen Tate and Linday Hoy spent a bewitching afternoon on the river.
