Beyond the Bell: New non-profit launches fundraisers to help local kids play, dance, learn and grow

LOCK HAVEN — Beyond the Bell for Clinton County, a new nonprofit committed to removing financial barriers for children who want to participate in extracurricular activities, is excited to announce two active fundraisers aimed at helping local youth thrive.

From soccer and dance to scouting and theater, Beyond the Bell for Clinton County believes every child deserves the chance to follow their passions regardless of family income. The organization provides $150 activity scholarships to help families cover the cost of registration fees, equipment, and more.

To support this mission, one fundraiser is currently underway:

Candy

Fundraiser

Beyond the Bell is partnering with It Is What It Is Candy Shop to bring you a special fundraiser dedicated to supporting scholarships for local youth. This collaboration offers a wonderful opportunity for community members to enjoy delicious treats while contributing to a meaningful cause.

Here’s how it works: When you purchase candy and other goodies from It Is What It Is Candy Shop during the fundraiser period, a portion of the proceeds will go directly to Beyond the Bell’s scholarship fund. These scholarships help provide extracurricular opportunities and support for young people in Clinton County.

This fundraiser not only satisfies your sweet cravings but also invests in the future of our community by empowering our youth through team building.
