— Dunnstown Fire Company offers a Cash Bingo every Monday night at the fire station on 119 Woodward Ave., Lock Haven. Bingo starts at 6 p.m. and all proceeds help to support the fire company’s needs.

Tuesday, Nov. 25

— KBR Bingo holds Cash Bingo every Tuesday night, 6:30 p.m. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. Call Deb at 570-660-2647.

— Liberty Church, 637 Island Rd., Lock Haven, will host a Thanksgiving Eve Service at 7 p.m. All are welcome.

Wednesday, Nov. 26

— HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

— Great Island Presbyterian Church will be having their annual free Thanksgiving Dinner on from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. All meals will be by take-out or delivered. Please call the church office at 570-748-2810 to request your meals.

— Beech Creek Wesleyan Church will be having their annual Free Thanksgiving dinner from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. There will be options of dine in, take out or delivery. For those requesting delivery, please call the church office at 570-962-2732 or Bill Miller at 570-295-7217.

— Fairview Church in rural Howard will have a free Thanksgiving Day dinner served from 2-4 p.m. at the church. Dine-in only is offered. Come eat a delicious meal while fellowshipping with others.

— The Bellefonte Knights of Columbus will be hosting a FREE Thanksgiving Dinner to the public from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at their hall, 315 Stoney Batter, Bellefonte, (up the hill from the Dollar General store). The menu will include toasted turkey, glazed ham, mashed potatoes with gravy, stuffing, green beans, sweet potatoes, corn, cranberry sauce, rolls and pie. Eat in and take-out meals are available, no reservations required. Take-Outs are limited to six per patron. Those taking out three or more meals are asked to bring a box to carry their meals out in. — Stop by the Wayne Township Nature Park to enter the Elves in the Nature Park contest.

Entry forms are in the pavilion to the left when you enter the park. Spot the elves and have your child complete the entry form and drop it into the contest box. Prizes will be awarded on Dec. 14 at 3 p.m. during Santa’s visit.
