Bellefonte offers holiday courtesy

Bellefonte will again offer its courtesy parking program for the 2025 holiday season. The first time a parking enforcement officer observes a vehicle with no time on the meter, a complimentary two-hour pass will be issued. If, on a second pass that same day, no time remains and the two hours have expired, a ticket will be issued. Courtesy parking runs from Thanksgiving Day through New Year’s Day, Jan. 1, 2026.
