Cemetery
Association
Meeting
The Bellefonte Cemetery Association will hold its annual membership meeting on the evening of Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026, at the Bellefonte Borough building located at 301 N. Spring St. The meeting will be held in the upstairs Borough Council chambers beginning at 6:30 p.m. All those who are interested in the well-being of the cemetery are encouraged to attend the meeting.
Benefit Bingos
KBR Bingo and More will be hosting benefit Bingos to help individuals and clubs or organizations in our community. Come play Bingo and help to support those in need.
On Jan. 31, the Bingo will help the CU-LH Softball and Lacrosse teams.
On Feb. 1, Rachael Dance Unlimited Team Edge will be helped by the benefit Bingo.
On Feb. 7, an Adult Bingo to benefit the Lock Haven Regatta Foundation will be held.
The benefit for Angelo Caprio that was cancelled because of the Jan. 25 snow storm has been rescheduled for April 12.
Doors open at 11 a.m. and Bingo starts at 1 p.m. Tickets are available at the door or by checking the KBR Bingo Facebook page. In addition to the Bingo there is usually a basket raffle, rip tickets and good food!
KBR Bingo is located on the third floor of the Piper Museum Building in Lock Haven. Elevator service is provided!
Back Porch Country Jam
The Back Porch String Band's Country Jam will be held on Sunday, Feb. 22, from 2-6 p.m., at the Yearick Center/Howard fire hall. Country Jam is held the fourth Sunday afternoon of each month except in December. The afternoon of music is free, and those attending should bring a snack to share with others there. A hat is passed for you to contribute a few dollars to thank the Howard Fire Company for allowing the folks to gather there for Country Jam each month.

St. Paul Food Pantry
St. Paul Food Pantry, 6220 Nittany Valley Drive, Mill Hall, (1 mile north of the I-80 interchange on Route 64), is open the second and fourth Wednesday of every month from 9 to 11 a.m. No documentation is required. You may call the church at 570-748-7932 or 570-726-7460. People may call these numbers at any time for any type of assistance they may need.
