Bunny Run

Susquehanna Valley Big Twins Motorcycle Club’s 17th annual Bunny Run collection is underway! Each year in March the SVBTMC collects stuffed animals to provide to children who are patients in hospitals during the Easter season. The collection runs until March 25, right before Palm Sunday, and then the animals will be delivered to the hospitals.

The Easter-themed stuffed animals (bunnies, chicks, ducks or lambs) must be new and must have the tags left on them (for allergy concerns).

Drop off locations include the Bald Eagle United Presbyterian Church in Mill Hall, The Express Office and The Sons and Daughters of Italy in Lock Haven and SVBT Motorcycle Clubhouse in Woolrich.

Benefit Bingos

KBR Bingo and More will be hosting benefit Bingos to help individuals and clubs or organizations in our community. Come play Bingo and help to support those in need.

On March 28, the Bingo will benefit the PA Cannons baseball.

Donations needed

Many local cemeteries are struggling with having enough funds to make sure that the grass gets mowed. Whatever cemetery your loved ones are buried in, please consider making a donation now to help with the grass mowing expenses.

Cookbook Sale

Laurel Run Church, 2899 Laurel Run Road, Beech Creek, has created a beautiful family cookbook with many shared and loved recipes. Would you like to become a Shoe Bank volunteer? The Lock Haven Area Shoe Bank is usually open one Saturday a month, when we have the fun of giving free new shoes to eligible kids and teens.
