Clinton County Farm Bureau donates to Ronald McDonald House as part of Farmers Care Event

LOGANTON — Clinton County Farm Bureau Coordinator Bonnie Beck recently delivered $2,676 in money, food, paper products and can tabs to the Ronald McDonald House in Danville on March 10.

The farm bureau thanks the following for supporting the annual drive: Sugar Valley Church of the Brethren, Mt. Pleasant Bible Church, Lamar/Clintondale United Methodist, Clinton County Stockman 4-H Club, Clinton County Farm Bureau, Sugar Valley Ag 4-H Club, Trinity United Methodist, John and Sue Dotterer, Connie Waltz, Kent and Coreena Meyer, Sugar Valley Wesleyan Church and Sugar Valley Rural Charter School FFA.

The total delivered at the overarching “Farmers Care Event” was $25,797.59 by eight surrounding counties. This was the 28th Anniversary between the Pa. Farm Bureau Women and Ronald McDonald House across Pennsylvania.

The grand total donated from 1999 to 2026 is $523,944.03.

Further thanks was given by the Farm Bureau to Aaron and Lane Harbach for loading the donated items onto a truck and the Danville, Millville, Warrior Run, Montoursville, Central Columbia and Southern Columbia FFAs for unloading the items.
