Kettle Creek Valley Outdoor and Craft Show set for April 11
CROSS FORK — The Annual Kettle Creek Valley Outdoor and Craft Show will be held Saturday, April 11, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Kettle Creek Hose Company in Cross Fork.
A variety of local craft and outdoor related vendors and non-profits will be represented. Entrance is by donation. All proceeds from the show go to the Kettle Creek Hose Company and the Kettle Creek Ambulance Association.
Outside, Precision Fly and Tackle Shop will have a trailer featuring fly fishing supplies. They will be available for casting demonstrations and answering questions regarding fly fishing.
Robbie Ickes, blacksmith, will be demonstrating his craft.
Quiet Oaks Campground is a rental agent for Polaris Razor ATV’s and they will be displaying some of the ATV’s they have available for rental.
Some of the local organizations that will be present are the Cross Fork and Kettle Creek Tamarack Sportsman’s groups, Kettle Creek Fire Company, Kettle Creek Music Festival, Central Mountain ATV Club, the Potter County Conservation District and the Susquehannock Trail Club.
Matt Schenck from Sinnemahoning State Park will have an educational table featuring Waterfowl of PA. Kettle Creek and Ole Bull State Parks and the Susquehannock State Forest will also be represented.
Vendors will feature handmade items and artwork, handmade candles and flower arrangements, maple products and fishing and hunting related items.
Kettle Creek Apiary will have local honey and bee related products.
Cutting Edge Designs will be doing laser engraving and will have a variety of handmade items including Top Call products.
The Mike Mease family will have a variety of smoked cheese and meat.
Breakfast sandwiches and a chicken and biscuits lunch will be available as well as a dessert sale with great homemade baked items. There will be a bucket raffle with items donated by vendors and local businesses.
