The Loganton Borough High School Orchestra is shown, photographed during the school term of 1928 at the gymnasium of the Central State Normal School, now Commonwealth University-Lock Haven. Musicians included, in no particular order, Morris Karstetter, Grace Motter Welshans, Eileen Adam Meyer, Julia Stover, Dorothy Eyer Platt, Paul Cooper, Richard Kemmer, Alvia Eyer, Dorothy Bixel, Richard Bixel, Walburn Laubach, Gleen Adams, Allen Lamey, Harold Douty, Franklin Best, Albert Schreckengast, Dean Shade, John Frankenburger and Paul Held.
