LOCK HAVEN — The Alzheimer’s and Caregivers’ Support Group will meet Tuesday, May 12, from 7 to 8 p.m., at Covenant United Methodist Church, 44 W. Main St., Lock Haven. There is convenient parking next to the church and a handicapped accessible entrance.

Caring for someone with Alzheimer’s disease or other diseases with accompanying memory loss is often difficult and challenging. The meeting will be a time of sharing caregiving concerns with other caregivers.

Sitter service can be provided to the person with memory loss at the church while caregivers are attending the meeting. Prior arrangements must be made for this service. Educational materials from the Alzheimer’s Association will also be provided
