Historical society sells commemorative bricks for America’s 250th birthday
LOCK HAVEN — To celebrate our 250th National Birthday in 2026 the Clinton County Historical Society is selling commemorative bricks that will be used to rebuild the sidewalks at the Heisey House Museum. Applications are available at the museum or by printing an application from our website www.clintonpahistory.org.
The bricks will be on sale until May 31. A commemorative brick is the perfect birthday, anniversary, graduation gift or to commemorate a lifelong friendship.
The brick can also mark a special event such as a wedding, birth of a grandchild or be a greeting to future generations. The old bricks from the many brick makers in the county will be incorporated with the new bricks from 2026.
The Heisey House Museum will be open Tuesday and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for accepting applications. You may also complete your form online and pay online.
Applications may also be accepted on Sunday, May 31 from 1 until 4 p.m. during the presentation by the King of The Hobos at the Poorman Gallery, 352 E. Water St., Lock Haven.
