Puzzle Swap

Join others for the next puzzle swap and casual puzzling event on June 28 from 1-3 p.m. at Schlow Centre Region Library. Make some new puzzle friends and refresh your selection of puzzles! For the swap, please bag your pieces and/or tape your puzzle box. Leave a puzzle on the table and take as many as you brought.

Reunion Picnic

Lock Haven High School’s Class of 1961 will have a picnic on Saturday, June 27, from 1-5 p.m., at Riverview Park, along the Farrandsville Road, Lock Haven. All classmates and their guests are invited to attend. No need to bring anything, snacks will be provided. For more info call Carol Coakley at 570-962-2265.

Summer Meal Program

SVRCS will again be offering FREE meals for children 0-18 years of age (and up to 21 years for special needs students) for the summer months. Starting Thursday, June 25, through Thursday, July 30, SVRCS will be open from 1 – 2:30 p.m. on Thursdays only for families to pick up packages which will include three breakfasts and three lunches per child. This is not based on financial need. Everyone is welcome. We welcome parents/guardians/grandparents to call for their child’s meals! We ask for you to RSVP to djeffries@svrcs.org or 570-367-1351 so that we can plan accordingly, however no one will be turned away.
